Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@royalgoodies.store with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
